Why there is not shown my exact bike model that I have choosen while I was ordering graphics kit?
There are so many possible bike models that there is no possible way that we can display each year and model. However we choose the newest model for each brand. Your kit will be fully customized to suit your exact model.

Can I buy individual pieces?
Yes, you can. Just drop us an email with what you want. We can do replacement parts too, always.

Can you install graphics on plastics for me?
We can install your graphics on plastics for a installation fee €39.90. This is considered only when you are buying both products together.

What is the thickness of your graphics?
The applied thickness is 19mil / 450μ

Do you make graphics for uncommon models?
We have a massive range of templates, if you don't see your model listed in the interactive design studio, just write us an email with some information of your bike model. Images are always helpful.

What is the best way to pay?
We accept major credit cards. You can pay with PayPal or through bank transfer too.

Can you customize the design shown on your website?
Yes, we can. These designs are fully customizable. Simple changes like adding name and number can be done in our online design graphic studio. For more information visit CUSTOM DESIGN section.

Can you copy graphics if I send you a photo?
We do not copy anyone`s work. That’s not fair. However if you really like a certain design you've seen, you can send it as a general guide for us, we can base a design around it.

Will my custom design be reproduced or is it exclusive only for me?
All custom designs commissioned from Scrub Designs s.r.o. are the intellectual property of Scrub Designs s.r.o. This means that Scrub Designs s.r.o. has the exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, and modify these designs in any way, including the right to sell them to other customers or to use them as inspiration for other designs. The exclusivity of a custom design depends on the terms of the agreement between you and the Scrub designs s.r.o. It is important to clarify and discuss any exclusivity rights prior to initiating any design work to ensure you understand the terms of your agreement.

Can you print Redbull or Monster logo?
No, we cannot print those logos unless you are a sponsored individual or part of a sponsored team. If you are part of a race team, please have your manager contact us with relevant supporting documents.
There may also be certain restrictions in the use of other logos, such as background colours, positions and general layout. Please accept our position with this, as we have to comply with our industry partners instructions.

How long does the graphics process take?
In general we do all requests within 48 hours. Once your payment is received your graphics should be with the courier within 48 hours.

How to order custom graphics

Step 2: We’ll send you a price quote with all the details: product breakdown, materials, and shipping costs.
Step 3: Time to pay the deposit! It’s 30 euros for simple designs, and up to 100 euros for more complex ones.
Step 4: We create the first draft! It’s a custom design, made just for you. We’ll include all the details like logos, colors, and materials.
Step 5: Need changes? No problem! You get 3 revisions with your deposit, and if you need more, just let our team know.
Step 6: Happy with your design? Make the final payment, and we’ll deduct your deposit from the total.
Step 7: We start production! Printing, applying graphics, seat covers – and then we’ll share photos and videos of your custom design!

Plastic Kits: We keep these items in stock for immediate dispatch. Orders for plastic kits are typically shipped within a minimum of 48 hours.
Graphics Kits: Our graphic kits are specifically made for each order. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for production before dispatch.
Seat Covers: Like our graphic kits, seat covers are specifically made to order, requiring a minimum of 48 hours for production.
Plastics with Applied Graphics: For orders that include both plastics and custom graphics, the production time is extended to a minimum of 72 hours to ensure proper application of the graphics and quality control.
We appreciate your understanding that production times may vary slightly depending on order volume, but we strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest standards.

• Delivery times of your items will vary depending on your location and designated shipping method. Shipping times shown are the estimated number of days your order is in transit after your order has left our warehouse. This doesn't mean it is always the exact amount of time after the order is placed online. If a situation arises that product you ordered will not be available, or delayed, we will immediately inform you via email or telephone.

  Import Duties:

  - Please note that all tracking numbers are “working” after first scan. Sometimes, you can get your tracking number before it was scanned by courier, which can show you error. However, it will work after few hours.
  
  - Please note that all courier companies recycle their tracking numbers over time, so if your tracking status shows "Delivered," be sure to check the date and address to make sure it is not referring to a package from the past.
