2. Electronic services
The seller provides customers with the following services in particular:
- customer account
- shopping cart
- ordering system
- newsletter
- content browsing
The account is free of charge and provided for an indefinite period.
3. Conclusion of the purchase agreement
The purchase agreement is concluded once the order has been submitted and confirmed by the seller.
The customer provides:
- name and address
- email address and telephone number
- product, quantity and variant
- shipping and payment method
4. Payment terms
- payment by card
- online payment
- bank transfer
Failure to pay for an order may result in its cancellation.
5. Shipping
Delivery is available within Slovakia and to selected countries.
The delivery time is generally up to 14 business days, unless stated otherwise.
6. Complaints
The customer has the right to make a complaint regarding the goods in accordance with applicable legislation.
The period for filing a complaint is 24 months.
7. Alternative dispute resolution
Disputes may be resolved through:
- the Slovak Trade Inspection
- the European Consumer Centre
8. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason.
- Withdrawal period: the buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days from the date of receiving the goods.
- Period for returning the goods to the seller: the buyer must send or hand over the goods to the seller no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the agreement.
- Period for refunding the buyer: the seller will refund all payments received from the buyer no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the agreement.
The seller is not required to issue the refund before the goods have been returned or before the buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent back.

9. Licence
The content of the website is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.
10. Personal data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
11. Illegal content
Publishing the following is prohibited:

12. Termination of services
The seller may terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
13. Final provisions
These terms and conditions are effective from 1 January 2024.
Agreements are concluded in the Slovak language.
